How the Consultation Process Works

1. Have We Spoken Already?

If you have already contacted us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, please continue with the steps below.

If not, no problem — we will contact you as soon as possible after your payment to discuss your case and guide you through the process.

If you are based in a developing or lower-income country, please contact us directly before payment. We offer significantly reduced rates where possible.

  • Consultation Regarding a Difficult Case

3. Complete Your Payment

Once you have selected the appropriate service, complete the payment securely online.

4. Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you
  • The veterinarian will automatically be notified
5. What Happens Next?

If we have not yet been in contact, we will reach out to you as soon as possible after payment.

If we are already discussing your case, we will simply continue with the consultation process and assist you further.
