I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Dr. Bart and his team. From the very start, he was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. Before I even made a payment, I sent him a few photos and videos of my horse’s eyes, and he immediately noticed what was wrong. He gave me detailed explanations, treatment options (including surgery if needed), and even specific medicine recommendations. Every time I had a question, no matter how small, he had the answer. He clearly did his research and took the time to explain everything so well. I barely had to do anything other than send photos and describe the situation. After analyzing the photos, he even offered a WhatsApp video call (which was very affordable) to look more closely at my horse. Even when there was an issue with the payment, they didn’t pressure me at all — they still went ahead with the consultation and told me I could pay later. That level of trust and kindness honestly meant so much. During the call, he walked me through what he saw, suggested specific medicines, and those treatments helped my horse immensely. Her eyes are looking so much better now — she’s happier, more comfortable, and even more trusting of me. He also went above and beyond by referring me to a vet in Côte d’Ivoire just in case I needed in-person support. Thankfully, her eye has improved so much that we didn’t even need it yet, but it’s reassuring to know there’s backup if anything happens. What really impressed me is that even after the appointment, they kept checking in — asking how she’s doing, if the local vet has come, and just making sure she’s okay. You can tell they genuinely care and are passionate about what they do. I’m only 16 and a first-time horse owner (I’ve  had my horses for about 3 months!), so I felt completely lost at first. But Dr. Bart and his team made everything so easy and comforting. I 100% recommend them to anyone — especially if you’re new to horse care or struggling to find a trustworthy vet.
