These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Remote Horse Vet website and services, including consultations, bookings, account access, and future product purchases. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Provided

Remote Horse Vet provides online veterinary consultations for horse owners and case support services for veterinary professionals. These services are for non-emergency situations and are delivered remotely via digital tools (chat, video, uploads).

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding legal agreements. By booking a consultation or purchasing products, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal or other supported methods.
  • Prices are listed in your local currency where possible and may include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled consult for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances.
  • If a vet is unavailable or a technical issue occurs on our side, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during bookings and consults.
  • All communication must be respectful and professional.
  • You may not use the platform for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

6. Account Access

If you create an account to access lectures, digital content, or purchase history, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your device.

7. Digital Products (Future Functionality)

When available, purchased lectures or downloadable products will be accessible behind a secure login. All digital content is for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and video materials, is the property of Remote Horse Vet or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Remote Horse Vet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All consultations are delivered based on the information provided by the client and do not replace in-person diagnosis where necessary.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
