For a more interactive experience, this video consultation connects you directly with a qualified equine veterinarian. You’ll be able to discuss your horse’s condition in real time, show movement, injuries, or behaviour, and receive immediate feedback.

This is ideal for situations where visual assessment and direct communication are important, helping you gain clarity and confidence on the next steps for your horse’s care.

The average consult will be 15-20 minutes, but can be extended if necessary. We are flexible on which platform to use for the video call. We often use WhatsApp, FaceTime, and Telegram.
